Dear 4A Families,
We had another great session of Oral Biographies on Tuesday. Congratulations to Weston, Aidan, Zosia, Megan, Emma, Dani, Kyle and Deven. We enjoyed your creativity and inspirational talks!
We look forward to Wednesday’s presenters; Moira, Payton, Gunnar, Eva, Joseph, Boe and Emme.
We will start the day with an all-school streaming Mass from 9:30-10:30. Thank you for joining in. This is the link you can use tomorrow to get the live stream. You do not need to have a Facebook account, I do not and can see the streams. Just click “not now” if the Facebook banner shows up.
From the Holy Rosary Church Website:
You can view the livestream (and also the archived video) on our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/pg/HolyRosaryWestSeattle/. You do not need a Facebook account to view the livestream, but you will need to ignore Facebook’s pop-up ads. If you do not see the livestream as an option to click on, click on the “Video” link on the left-hand side of the page. If you are viewing on a phone or a tablet, you may need to download the Facebook app rather than viewing on your device’s web browser. Therefore, we recommend viewing it on a computer.
Thank you for signing into Zoom at 10:40 for our first Oral Biography Presentation. Sign-in information will be sent via email
There are no new tasks today, but you should finish up and submit any work you have not completed by Thursday. Be sure that after you present that you fill out the Self Reflection form and the bibliography template and submit them to Seesaw with your back-up video.
Enjoy the day!

These religion tasks should be completed before the end of the day on Thursday. Task #1: Read through the Stations of the Cross document slowly. Think about each part and what it means in your life. Task #2: Do some self-reflection by thinking about these questions: -Did you keep your promises of Prayer, Almsgiving, and Fasting? -What did you learn about yourself? -What actions can you take to follow in the footsteps of Jesus during Holy Week and beyond? Note: You don’t need to write down your answers, but you should take at least 30 minutes to complete these two tasks. It would be best to take it slow, and really think about these questions. You can talk to your parents as you reflect. |
