Dear 4A Families,
It was nice seeing many of you at the Open House on Sunday. We have a busy and fun week ahead with many special events that will help us celebrate our wonderful school, parish and community. The last part of the newsletter will review the events of the week and include special reminders for 4th grade in particular.
If you have signed up to take a group of students to deliver certificates on Tuesday, you should have received an email last week about the day and your responsibilities. Expect to see an
email Monday as well with some reminders. Thank you so much! Remember, students do have a jeans day on Tuesday but all 4th grade students need to bring a clean red Holy Rosary sweatshirt, sweater or vest to wear during deliveries!
Spelling/Homework: The spelling list for Lesson 19 was passed out last Friday, for this Friday’s spelling test. There will be some math homework this week, but overall homework will be light.
There is a special Valentine Box math homework project due next Tuesday or Wednesday. Hard copies of the directions are in your child’s filer, and you can also access them online. This is a fun project—which includes design, math and engineering—as well as time management. Be creative! We encourage creative reuse of items you already have—
